Refunds

Bask complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in regard to refunds. Refunds will be granted in accordance with our obligations under the ACL. Nothing in these terms limits or impacts your rights under the ACL in any way.

We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the Event or Retreat that you chose to book.

Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, care and upfront costs that goes into creating a Bask event, we do not offer refunds after the expiry of seven (7) days from date of purchase, unless required under the ACL.
